Oviti is a product of DaDeDo, the trading name of Dar Al Takween Advertising Company (commercial registration 2051224779), Building 8553, Prince Fawaz Ibn Abdulaziz Street, secondary number 2914, Al Khubar Ash Shamaliyah District, Al Khobar 34426, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In this policy, "we" means DaDeDo as the controller of personal data collected through oviti.ai.
This policy covers the oviti.ai website. Data processed inside the Oviti platform for client organizations is governed by each client agreement and data processing terms.
What we collect
Information you give us through forms on this site: your name, role, organization, work email, and anything you write in a message or application.
With your consent, information about your visit: pages viewed, referring site, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser type. This is collected through cookies set by Google Analytics and HubSpot.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, assess an early partner application, send a document you asked for, or send the newsletter you subscribed to. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
To understand how the site is used and improve it, only if you accept analytics cookies.
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decisions about you.
Where it is stored and who processes it
Enquiries are stored in HubSpot, our customer relationship system. Website analytics are processed by Google Analytics. The site is hosted by Cloudflare. These providers may process data outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the safeguards required by the Personal Data Protection Law and its transfer regulations. Only DaDeDo staff working on Oviti sales and partnerships can access enquiry data.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and application data: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client. Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe. Analytics data: 14 months. [Legal to confirm periods.]
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law you can ask to be informed about how your data is processed, access a copy, correct it, have it destroyed when no longer needed, and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@oviti.ai and we will reply within 30 days.
